How To Get Started!
To get started with your CX certification journey, take the eligibility test for the certification you are most eligible for and below is a guide for the different levels

CSEE - LEVEL 1: You have 0 to 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role and currently attend to customer enquiries, requests and complaints.

CCEM - LEVEL 2: You have 3 to 5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role and currently function as a team lead, supervisor or manager.

CCEP - LEVEL 3: You have 5 to 7 years of work experience, responsible for the overall operations of a department or group of departments or responsible for managing CX in an organization.

CCEPR - LEVEL 4: You have 15+ years of experience and seeking to transition into consulting after leading the operations of a department, group of departments or CX in an organization.

CCEPR+ - LEVEL 4+: You have 15+ years of experience and already in CX, customer service or customer relationship management consulting.
